Available forms
| Form | What it means |
|---|---|
| Raw (White) | Milled and polished paddy that has not been steamed. Brightest colour and the most natural aroma. |
| Steam | Paddy is steamed lightly before milling. Grains become firmer, cook more evenly and break less. |
| White Sella | Parboiled — soaked, steamed and dried before milling. Creamy-white, very firm and non-sticky; ideal for bulk cooking. |
| Golden Sella | Parboiled at higher intensity, giving a golden colour, extra strength and excellent separation. |
